1. ホームページの会員登録をしてください。

2. 体験する支店の無料体験チケットを習得してください。

(1:1、2:1などはインスタグラムDMでお問い合わせください。)

3. ホームページのSchedule - Trialに入り、ご希望の日時に直接予約してください。

レッスン当日

レッスン開始の20分前にご来店ください。フロントにてレッスン参加の

お手続き、館内説明、簡単なカウンセリングを行います。

ロッカールームでお客様が準備した服に着替えます。

経験豊富なインストラクターが、マシンの使い方などを丁寧にしっかりサポート

するので初めての方でもご安心ください。

  • ご予約日当日のキャンセルは 
    キャンセル料（￥1500~）を頂戴いたします。

  • 体験レッスン当日のご入会で入会金が無料となります。

  • When is the expiry date of the commuter pass?
    The deadline is from the 1st to the last day of every month. It cannot be carried over to the next month, so please use it within the current month.
  • After signing up, how many minutes before the lesson starts?
    Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for changing clothes, etc.
  • Can I take lessons while pregnant?
    Persons who may be pregnant or are pregnant must obtain permission from a doctor. Currently, there are not many instructors who can give lessons for maternity, so please contact each studio.
  • Can I give lessons even if I am sick or injured?
    Depending on your illness or injury, you may not be able to attend the course. We recommend that you consult your doctor and exercise as much as possible on your own with permission.
  • Can I take the lesson even if I am late?
    In consideration of train delays, etc., you may only be able to attend the class up to 10 minutes after the start if we have been notified. Please note that if we do not hear from you, the lesson will be treated as canceled at the start of the lesson. Even if we contact you, you may not be able to attend the class if 10 minutes have passed.
  • Are there any special features of THE EN's Machine Pilates?
    THE EN's group lessons have a 25 minute reformer/25 minute chair barrel alternation system. It is possible to use various machines in one lesson. You can also use a Cadillac machine for personal lessons. We create lesson content that suits each member.
  • What is the difference between group and personal?
    Groups are small, with a maximum of 6 people, so you can always use three types of machines in one lesson, making it possible for you to attend at a reasonable price. Personal can use up to 4 types of machines, and it is possible to perform specialized exercises according to the member's condition and wishes at the time.
  • Is a trial lesson available for beginners?
    Of course it is possible. We will explain the machine in advance, so you can participate with confidence.
  • How long does a trial lesson take?
    Lessons are 50 minutes. If you arrive 20 minutes early or join, we will need time to complete the procedure, so it will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in total.
  • How many minutes in advance should I arrive for the trial lesson?
    We ask that you arrive 20 minutes early for counseling and prior explanation of how to use the machines.
  • What do I need for the trial lesson?
    Clothes that are easy to move in (tight ones are recommended), non-slip socks (recommended), water, towel, stamp (if you wish to pay by bank transfer, please bring the delivery stamp with you to make the process smoother)
  • Can I take a trial lesson with a friend?
    Multiple people can participate. Please inquire at the time of reservation.
  • Where can I make a trial reservation?
    Currently, we are accepting orders via TEL at each store and direct mail on Instagram.Please contact the store you would like to try.
  • Is there anything required for the enrollment procedure?
    If you are signing up for a commuter pass, please pay for the first two months at the studio, and from the third month onwards, we will transfer your payment to your account (withdrawal on the 27th). Please bring the seal registered to your bank account. Payment methods for 2 months at the studio include cash, credit card, ㅂQR payment, and touch payment. If you wish to have your card debited, please bring the card you plan to pay with. *Please contact each studio for compatible manufacturers.
  • Is there anything I need for the suspension procedure?
    Please bring your seal. A fee will be charged for suspensions during the continuation period.
  • Is there anything I need for the withdrawal procedure?
    Please bring your seal. A fee will be charged if you cancel your membership within the renewal period.
  • If I want to transfer stores, are there any necessary procedures?
    Yes. It will be required. Please complete the procedure at the store where you are currently enrolled.
  • コース変更は手続きが必要ですか？
    はい。金額などの変更がございますので必要となります。 継続期間内でのコース変更に関しましては手数料などかかりませんのでご安心ください。 変更希望月の前月10日までに現在在籍の店舗にてお手続きをお願いいたします。
