The deadline is from the 1st to the last day of every month. It cannot be carried over to the next month, so please use it within the current month.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to allow time for changing clothes, etc.

Persons who may be pregnant or are pregnant must obtain permission from a doctor.

Currently, there are not many instructors who can give lessons for maternity, so please contact each studio.

Depending on your illness or injury, you may not be able to attend the course.

We recommend that you consult your doctor and exercise as much as possible on your own with permission.

In consideration of train delays, etc., you may only be able to attend the class up to 10 minutes after the start if we have been notified.

Please note that if we do not hear from you, the lesson will be treated as canceled at the start of the lesson.

Even if we contact you, you may not be able to attend the class if 10 minutes have passed.
